Across Canada, through the federal government’s Innovation, Science and Economic Development, there are seven regional economic development agencies. These strategically placed organizations help businesses to fuel economic growth and create better paying jobs through innovative programs. These agencies include Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency; Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions; Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency; Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario; Federal Economic Development Agency for Northern Ontario; Prairies Economic Development Canada and Pacific Economic Development Canada.
