The federal government enacted the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) in November 2021, creating the first federal grant program exclusively aimed at improving the nation’s cybersecurity. That program, the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program, will provide $200 million across the country in federal fiscal year 2022 for state, local, and tribal cybersecurity projects. Institutions of public education and public health may also be eligible in partnership with their state or local government.

This webcast will offer advice to governments interested in applying to the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program. We will cover the basics of this new program, provide the latest updates, and explain how you can best prepare to apply. Additionally, we will go over how K-12 school districts and public colleges and universities can play a role in these cybersecurity projects.

Join Grants Office and special guests from Rubrik to help you use funding from the State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program to get the technology you need to secure your government’s data. If you are looking for help connecting the dots between new grant funding and cybersecurity solutions, you won’t want to miss this event!
